摘  要:在无流通气体条件下采用铁粉催化腐蚀人造金刚石单晶,研究了不同温度对铁粉催化腐蚀人造金刚石单晶表面腐蚀形貌、腐蚀深度和物质结构的影响,并对腐蚀过程中金刚石所表现出来的各向异性进行了分析。结果表明:当金刚石和铁粉的质量比为1∶2时,腐蚀后金刚石表面的P-V值随着温度的升高而增大;在相同温度下,{100}面比{111}面腐蚀严重;当温度达到960℃时,{100}面和{111}面的P-V值分别为3.75μm和2.77μm。金刚石表面腐蚀后的形貌与对应晶面的碳原子排列有关,{100}面倾向于形成倒立金字塔形的腐蚀坑,而{111}面则会形成轮廓为三角形或六边形的腐蚀坑。The catalytic etching of synthetic diamond crystallites using iron powder without flowing gas was demonstrated. The surface morphology,surface roughness and the material composition of the processed diamond at different temperatures were investigated,the anisotropy of the etched diamond was also analyzed. The results show that when the mass ratio of the diamond to iron is 1∶ 2,the P-V value of the etched diamond surface increases as the temperature increasing,and that at the same temperature the{ 100} plane was etched more severely than the { 111} plane. When the temperature reaches 960 ℃,the P-V value of the { 100} plane and the { 111} plane is 3. 75 μm and 2. 77 μm,respectively. Moreover,the surface morphology of the etched diamond reflect the arrangement of carbon atoms on the corresponding plane. The etched { 100} plane consist of reversed pyramid-like etching pits,while the etched { 111} plane show a characteristic morphology consisting of triangular or hexagonal etching pits.
