摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了适合于近紫外激发的橙红色荧光粉Na2ZnSiO4∶Sm3+,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、荧光光谱对样品的相结构、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:制得的样品属于单斜晶系,粒径约为2μm。样品的激发光谱在330~550nm间呈多峰分布。在404nm近紫外光激发下,发射光谱由峰值为566nm,604nm和650nm的3个峰构成,发射主峰位于604nm处,对应Sm3+的4G5/2→6H7/2跃迁,呈橙红光发射。当Sm3+的掺量为3%时,其发光强度达到最大,随后减小,是由电偶极-电偶极相互作用引起的浓度猝灭。The Na2ZnSiO4∶Sm3+orange-red emitting phosphors were synthesized by sol-gel method,which were suitable for nearly ultraviolet light excitation. The phase structure, morphology and luminescent properties of phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy and fluorescence spectra. The results show that the as-synthesized samples belong to monoclinic crystal system. The particle size of Na2ZnSiO4∶Sm3+phosphor is about 2 μm. The excitation peaks of the samples have a multiple peak distribution range 330 nm from 550 nm. The emission spectra of the phosphors are composed of there major emission peaks centered at 566 nm,604 nm and 650 nm under a near ultraviolet source at 404 nm. The main emission peak is at 604 nm as reddish-orange emission,corresponding to4G5 /2→6H7 /2typical transition of Sm3 +. When the doped-Sm3 +amount is 3%in mole, the luminescent intensity of sample reaches to the maximum, and then decreases. The concentration quenching mechanism is mainly due to electric dipole-electric dipole interaction.
