摘 要:4-乙烯基苄氯的单聚物或共聚物微球中均含有的氯甲基使其在离子树脂及复合材料等领域有着广泛应用前景。本文采用细乳液聚合技术制备了4-乙烯基苄氯(p-CMS)/苯乙烯(St)共聚物P(p-CMS-St)乳胶微球,并应用傅立叶红外光谱和动态光散射对制备的乳胶微球进行表征。结果表明:在p-CMS和St用量均为4.75 g、乳化剂浓度为10 g/L、超声功率400 W及超声时间30 min、过硫酸钾为0.12 g和二乙烯基苯为0.50 g的条件下,70℃反应4 h,制得的P(p-CMS-St)乳胶微球水力学平均直径约为71 nm,粒径多分散指数为0.10,乳胶微球粒径为纳米级,且粒径分布比较均匀。Polymers or copolymers of p-CMS have wide potential applications in anion-exchange polymers and composite materials due to the chloromethyl group in their molecular structures. Preparation of p-Chloromethylstyrene (p-CMS)/Styrene (St) polymer latex microspheres with miniemulsion copolymerization was investigated, and these microspheres were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer and dynamic light scattering techniques. The results show that copolymerization of p-CMS and St can be achieved under conditions that the dosage of p-CMS and St are both 4,75 g, the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 10g/L, the time of ultrasonic is 30min with a 400W duty, potassium peroxodisulfate is 0.12 g, the amount of divinylbenzene is 0.50g and the reaction is kept at 70~C for 4h. The average hydrodynamic diameter of latex microspheres and the value of polydispersity index are 71 nm and 0.10, respectively. The microspheres was nanoscale and possessed a narrow size distribution.
