摘　　要：经口内镜下肌切开术(POEM)是内镜下隧道技术应用的经典范例。自2010年报道以来,在我国发展较快,手术操作技能及手术量均达到了国际领先水平。目前,系统介绍隧道技术及POEM手术操作方法的文献仍较少,为便于内镜下隧道技术和POEM手术操作方法的交流和推广,本文与消化内镜界同仁分享内镜下隧道暨POEM手术操作方法、要点及手术注意事项。Peroral endoscopic myotomy （POEM） is a novel and classic endoscopic tunneling technique. In China, POEM has been developing rapidly since the first case was reported in 2010. Until now, the technique skills and numbers of POEM have almose reached the international leading level. However, few articles have introduced this technique in detail. So we here systematically introduce this techinque in order to expand its application in clinical practice.
