厦门市16家医院病案管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解厦门市病案管理发展的现状,提高全市各医院病案管理水平。方法对厦门市16家医院病案科室进行现场调查、考评。结果厦门市各医院病案科室多数未独立设科,工作人员配备不足,硬件设施较完善;病案管理人员大部分人具有职称,学历以大专和本科为主,专业以公共卫生、卫生信息管理居多。16人取得编码证,9人取得质控证。结论本市病案管理水平具有优势也存在不足,医院管理者应更加重视病案管理人员的配备和人员总体素质的提高。Objectives To acquire the current situation of the development of medical records management in Xiamen and improve the level of medical records management in the hospitals of the city. Methods To conduct field investigation and appraisal on the departments of medical records in 16 hospitals in Xiamen. Results Most of the hospitals had no independent medical records department, the insufficient work staff equipped and hardware facilities were more enough in Xiamen. Most of the medical records management personnel had professional title, education is given priority to with college and university, specialized were majority of public health management. Sixteen of them have obtained coding certificate and nine obtained quality control certificate. Conclusions The medical records management level of the city has advantages as well as shortages at the same item. Hospital managers should pay more attention to the accouterment of medical records management staff and the general quality improvement of them.
