清热药镇痛作用文献再评价

摘　　要：对镇痛作用在清热药项下的可靠性进行文献系统再评价。查阅、记录、归纳、分析2014年之前全国正式学术期刊上公开发表的与清热药的镇痛作用有关的实验性研究文献;并根据药物的药理作用评价原则及中药镇痛药理作用评定标准,对《中药学》《中药药理学》两种本科教材中清热药的镇痛药理作用进行文献系统再评价,以明确其镇痛作用可靠性。结果表明石膏、苦豆子、苦参3味药物的镇痛作用确切、可靠;而栀子、龙胆草、牡丹皮、连翘、地锦草、土茯苓、青黛、重楼、地骨皮、黄柏、赤芍、射干12味药物的镇痛作用文献依据稍有所欠缺;白花蛇舌草、芦根、白头翁、鱼腥草、青蒿、金果榄6味药物无文献支撑。Literature re-evaluation on the reliability of heat-clearing medicine in stopping pain was conducted in the article. With its relevant literature openly published in the formal academic journals in 2014 were checked, recorded, concluded and analyzed, according to the drug evaluation principles for evaluating the pharmacological effects and the e- valuation criteria of analgesia pharmacological effects of Chinese medicine, the analgesic pharmacological effects of heat- clearing medicine recorded in two books for undergraduate-Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology of Chinese Medicine were re-evaluated to make clear the reliability of their analgesic action. The results showed that the analgesic effects of Shigao, Kudouzi and Kushen are accurate and safe, the literature that can prove the analgesic function of Zhizi, Longdancao, Mu- danpi, Lianqiao, Dijincao, Qingdai, Chonglou, Digupi, Huangbai, Chishao and Shegan lacks and there is no literature that record the analgesic effects of Baihuasheshecao, Lugen, Baitouweng, Yuxingcao, Qinghao and Jinguolan.
