电针百会、风府治疗脑梗塞后神经功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较电针百会、风府配合肢体康复训练与单纯肢体康复训练治疗脑梗塞后神经功能障碍的临床疗效差异。方法:将90例患者随机分为电针加康复组和单纯康复组,每组45例,单纯肢体康复组采用综合康复训练为主进行治疗,电针加康复组在此基础上配合电针治疗,取穴百会、风府,每天1次,10天为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程。评定治疗前后两组患者的临床神经功能、肢体肌力、病残程度,比较组间疗效差异性。结果:电针加康复组的神经功能缺损评分、肌力评分、病残程度评分较治疗前均有改善,组内比较有显著差异性(P<0.01),而组间比较,电针加康复组的疗效优于单纯康复组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针百会、风府加康复与单纯康复对脑梗塞后神经功能恢复、肌力提高及病残程度改善均有效,且电针百会、风府加康复疗效优于单纯康复训练治疗。Objective：To evaluate the different therapeutic effects on neuronal function in patients with cerebral infarction by electroacupuncture at Baihui（GV 20） and Fengfu（GV 16） combined with rehabilitation training and pure rehabilitation training.Methods：90 patients were divided into an electroacupuncture at Baihui （ GV 20） and Fengfu（ GV 16） combined with rehabilitation training group and pure rehabilitation training group,with 45 cases in each group.The pure rehabilitation training group was treated by the synthesis recovery training,and the electroacupuncture at Baihui（GV 20） and Fengfu（GV 16） combined with rehabilitation training group was treated by electroacupuncture at Baihui （ GV 20 ） and Fengfu （ GV 16 ） combined with the synthesis recovery＆amp;nbsp;training,once daily,and 10 days were as a treatment course.Both of the groups were treated for 2 treatment courses.Compare the nerve function damage,myo-strength, sick and disabled degree in two groups before and after treatment, and compare the curative effect in two groups.Results：After the treatment of electroacupuncture at Baihui and Fengfu plus rehabilitation training,the neuronal function damage grading, myo-strength grading, sick and disabled degree grading had been improved, and there was a significant difference（P〈0.01）, and there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture at Baihui and Fengfu plus rehabilitation training group and pure rehabilitation training group both have a good effect on neuro-nal function restores, the myo-strength enhancement and the improvement of sick and disabled degree.The curative effect of electroacupuncture at Baihui and Fengfu combined with rehabilitation training group is superior to that of the pure rehabilitation training group.
