摘　　要：针灸处方及腧穴配伍是针灸临床研究的重要内容,但目前尚缺乏统一的推荐方法。本研究以"GRADE评价系统为基础,古代文献为参考,专家经验为借鉴,专家共识为依据,综合考量各类证据"为研究思路,既突出循证证据,又体现了针灸学的学科特点,以期为针灸处方的推荐提供方法学参考。Acupuncture prescriptions and acupoints compatibility are important parts of clinical studies of acu-puncture, but there is still lack of a unified recommendation method.The research idea of this paper is based on the GRADE evaluation system, ancient literature as reference and drawing lessons from expertsˊexperience, thus forming comprehensive consideration of various types of evidence according to the expertsˊconsensus.It not only highlights the importance of evidence-based evidence, but it also embodies the characteristics of acupunc-ture science disciplines, in order to provide recommendations for methodological reference of acupuncture pre-scription.
