浅谈心率变异性与经穴效应特异性及其规律

摘　　要：心率变异性(HRV)是临床评价自主神经系统(ANS)功能最常用的指标。经穴效应特异性是针灸理论与临床的核心内容。笔者通过检索收集经穴效应特异性及HRV相关研究文献,并进行分析整理,发现经穴效应特异性产生与经脉循行和经气会聚多少(部位)有关,经穴效应不同于其安慰效应及非穴点效应,这种效应的差别在一定程度上与针刺调节HRV密切相关。然而研究多以健康受试者为观察对象,他们的自主神经功能调节有别于患者,且针刺对于与HRV相关的中枢ANS涉及较少。因此,今后的研究中应以患者为研究对象,进行针刺效应与HRV相关的ANS中枢响应的研究,对于进一步阐释经穴效应特异性及其规律的产生机制具有十分重要的意义。Heart rate variability（ HRV） is used as one of the most commonly indicators of autonomic nervous function in clinical evaluation.The acupoint specificity is the essence of acupuncture theories and clinical prac-tices .We aim to explore the influence of acupuncture on HRV by means of collecting and analyzing the contem-porary researches on HRV.We find that acupoit specificity, which is different from pygmalion effect and non-acupoint, is significantly related to the meridian and the place where meridian Qi coagulates, the different effects of which are closely related to HRV to some extent.However,healthy subjects are usually studied for re-searches on the regulation of ANS, which may differ from that of patients.Acupuncture for ANS central effect mechanism related to HRV is seldom investigated.Therefore, we suggest that patients should be adopted as study subjects in the future studies, investigating acupuncture for ANS central effect mechanism related to HRV.It is of great significance to further explain the mechanism of the specificity of acupoint effects and its fundamental laws.
