摘　　要：脑卒中亦称"中风",近几年其发病率有增高趋势,其并发的功能性障碍已严重影响患者的生活质量。传统针刺结合现代康复治疗本病效果显著,本研究初步探讨针刺结合现代康复的临床意义,并从头针结合现代康复、体针结合现代康复、头体针结合现代康复三方面对其治疗进展做一综述。Cerebral apoplexy is also called ＂stroke＂.The incidence of this disease has increased in the past few years.Its concurrent functional disorder has seriously affected the quality of patientsˊlife.The effect of acu-puncture combined with modern rehabilitation treatment is obvious on this disease.This article makes a prelimi-nary discussion on the clinical significance of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation.In addition, this article discusses the progress on its treatment from head acupuncture combined with rehabilitation methods and body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation methods and head-body acupuncture combined with reha-bilitation methods.
