摘　　要：为适应我国电子文档管理的特有实践背景——双轨制,结合在线和离线的特征,本文勾勒出在线文档中心的功能定位、设计模块功能及软硬件细化条件;结合现有电子文档管理机构类型,将其作为比较对象进行关系厘清;指出在线文档中心的局限性,并设计出调整性的推广路径解决方案。In order to adapt to the electronic documents management in our country, unique practical background-double track system.Considering the characteristics of online and offline,the article sketches out the function of online document center and designs function module .Then it refines hardware and software conditions. Combined with the existing electronic document management institution types as the comparison object relationship clarified.The author points out the limitations of online document center, and brings forward the promotion path solution.
