摘　　要：目的分析髌爪联合钢丝和可吸收线治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法对98例髌骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析研究,均行髌爪联合钢丝和可吸收线治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗结果中,一期治愈的患者有95例,二期治愈的患者有3例。膝关节HSS评分中,显效85例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率96.9%。结论采用髌爪联合钢丝和可吸收线治疗方法治疗髌骨骨折能获得较好的疗效,能较快的恢复患者四头肌,保障膝关节的正常活动,且无并发症、无晚期创伤性关节炎,值得在临床治疗中推广和应用。Objective To analyze the curative effects of patellar claw joint steel wire and absorbable suture in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 98 patients with patellar fracture. They all received patellar claw joint steel wire and absorbable suture for treatment, and their curative effects were observed. Results There were 95 healed cases in the first stage and 3 healed cases in the second cases. Knee joint HSS score showed there were 85 excellent cases, 10 effective cases, and 3 ineffective cases, with the total effective rate as 96.9%. Conclusion Combined treatment by patellar claw joint steel wire and absorbable suture provides good effect in treating patellar fracture, with quick rehabilitation of quadriceps and normal motion of knee joint. This method contains no complications and advanced traumatic arthritis, and it is worth promoting and applying in clinical treatment.
