摘  要:盐度在研究海水水体密度、水质监测、海洋渔业等方面发挥着重要的作用,为发展一种新型的光学传感器来进行海水盐度的测量。从理论上设计3种温度不敏感的微纳光纤环形腔海水盐度传感器并进行了数值计算。利用有限元软件COMSOL计算了微纳光纤中传输的基模有效折射率,结合MATLAB对盐度传感器的特征参量进行数值研究。首先,研究了传感器的温度特性,得到了温度不敏感条件对应下的光纤半径。其次,研究了温度不敏感下传感器的灵敏度和探测极限。结果表明,在选择MgF2为镀膜材料的情况下,通过优化传感器参数,盐度灵敏度可达到0.02nm,盐度探测极限可达到0.18。本文结果可以为微纳光纤环形腔应用于海水盐度测量提供理论依据。Salinity plays a important role in the study of seawater density,water quality testing,and marine fishery.This article is aimed to develop a new optical sensor to measure the seawater salinity.Three salinity sensors with weak temperature dependence in seawater based on microfiber ring resonator is proposed.The effective index of the fundamental mode propagating in microfiber is evaluated by the finite element software COMSOL,and combining with MATLAB,numerical studies of characteristic parameters is carried out.First,the temperature character of the sensor is investigated and the corresponding microfiber radius with weak temperature dependence is obtained.Then the sensitivity and detection limit of sensors with weak temperature dependence have been studied.The result shows:By optimizing the parameters of the sensing system,salinity sensitivity and detection limit can reach 0.02 nm and 0.18 respectively when the MgF2 is selected as the embedding material.The results here may be helpful for the application of microfiber ring resonator in seawater salinity measurement.
