中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮并发带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮并发带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法:选择系统性红斑狼疮并发带状疱疹患者56例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例。所有患者在常规治疗SLE的基础上,均给予阿昔洛韦口服;治疗组在上述基础上加用清热凉血解毒中药口服,同时给予氦-氖激光治疗,共治疗2周。结果:2周后,治疗组总有效率、疼痛情况、起疱、止疱时间,疱疹结痂时间等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);2组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论:清热凉血解毒中药配合氦-氖激光照射及阿昔洛韦口服治疗系统性红斑狼疮并发带状疱疹疗效显著且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） complicated with herpes zoster（ HZ）. Methods： A total of 56 cases of patients with SLE were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 28 patients in each. Both groups were treated wiht conventional treatment and acyclovir orally. Additionally,heat-clearing,blood-cooling antitoxicant herbs and helium-neon laser therapy were given to the treatment group. The treatment lasts for 14 days. Results： After treatment,the results of medicinal diagnosis in treatment group showed better than the control group in the clinical manifestation of total effective rate,pain outcome,the duration of herpes regression,and the duration of crusts form and fall. The results is of statistical significance with P〈0. 05. Adverse reaction has not been seen in both groups. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective and safe way to treat SLE complicated with HZ,and worth spreading for clinical use.
