摘　　要：文章总结曾定伦老师治疗慢性咽喉炎经验。曾老师在治疗慢性咽炎时根据其"阴阳搏结,痰气交结"的病机,采用散寒清热,兼顾阴阳的"和解剂"小柴胡汤为主方,"辨病"予以辛凉养阴利咽中配伍开郁达邪,散郁结辛温之品,并据其病机,佐以酸甘收敛。并附验案1例。This paper summarized professor Zeng＇s experience in treating chronic pharyngolaryngitis. For the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,according to its ＂ yin and yang stroke knot,phlegm and gas knot＂,Professor Zeng applied ＂ reconciliation agent＂ Xiaochaihu Decoction as the main prescription. Disease differentiation brought in pungent and cool-natured drugs which could nourish yin and benefit throat combined with drugs that soothe stasis and warm body,as well as sour and sweet drugs to converge. A case study was also provided.
