摘　　要：作者对邓尔禄主任医师治疗慢性肾小球肾炎经验进行总结,系统介绍了邓老治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的6种主要方法,指出该病病机复杂,临床辨证分型颇为不易,一定要审病机,辨证候,分清虚、实、寒、热,治法要扶正固本,驱邪治标,标本兼治,方可取得良效。In this paper,the author summarized Doctor Deng Erlus clinical experience for treatment of chronic glomerular,ie. six main methods. Since the disease pathogenesis is complex,clinical syndrome differentiation is not easy,one must be careful to identify pathogenesis,differentiate syndrome,and distinguish between deficiency,excess,cold and heat. Restoring health qi as the primary method,expelling pathogen as secondary method,treating both root cause and symptoms simultaneously can receive good clinical efficacy.
