摘　　要：中国经济进入新常态后,已进入必须依靠创新驱动发展的新阶段,科技创新成为培育新经济增长点的关键驱动力。体育产业发展必须借助于科技力量,而促进体育产业与科技的融合离不开政府财政政策的支持。文章首先明确了体育产业与科技融合的内涵,阐明财政政策促进体育产业与科技融合的必要性和作用机理,在分析我国体育产业与科技融合现状基础上,围绕管理体制、市场主体、资金保障、政策环境以及人才支撑等方面深入分析了其存在的问题,最后明确促进其发展的财政政策取向,提出近期财政政策着力点。After entering the new normal economy,China has entered a new stage of innovation - driven development period,so scientific and technological innovation has become the key driving force to foster new economic growth point. Development of sports industry must resort to scientific and technological strength and the integra-tion of science and technology in the sports industry can not do without the support of the government fiscal poli-cy. This paper firstly clarifies the connotation of integration of sports industry and technology. Then it analyzes the necessity and mechanism of the fiscal policy to promote the integration of sports industry and technology. Based on the status quo,it deeply analyzes the problems about management system,market players,financial security,policy environment and personnel support,etc. Finally,it points out the orientation of fiscal policy and the recent policy exertion.
