苜草素对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征预防作用研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究苜草素对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征（FLHS）的预防作用。选用266日龄京红1号蛋鸡50只,随机等分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只鸡。Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ-Ⅴ组饲喂高能低蛋白质饲粮,并分别在饲粮中添加0、200、600和1 000mg/kg苜草素。试验期60d。结果如下：1）与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组1-60d平均日采食量显著降低（P〈0.05）,1-30d料蛋比明显升高（P〈0.05）,14d时蛋黄甘油三酯含量显著升高（P〈0.05）,30d时即可表现明显的蛋鸡FLHS症状,60d时FLHS发生率升高。2）与Ⅱ组相比,30d时Ⅲ组肝脂率显著降低（P〈0.05）,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肝脏出血指数、肝脂率显著降低（P〈0.05）,Ⅲ-Ⅴ组FLHS发生率降低,其中Ⅲ组降低33.3%,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组未发生FLHS;与Ⅱ组相比,60d时Ⅴ组FLHS发生率降低50%。3）与Ⅱ组相比,1-30dⅣ组料蛋比显著降低（P〈0.05）,14、28、56d时Ⅲ-Ⅴ组蛋黄甘油三酯含量显著降低（P〈0.05）,42d时Ⅳ组蛋黄甘油三酯含量显著降低（P〈0.05）,28、56d时Ⅴ组蛋黄总脂含量显著降低（P〈0.05）。结果表明：30d时,不同剂量苜草素对高能低蛋白质饲粮诱发产蛋高峰期蛋鸡FLHS均具有一定的预防作用;而60d时,1 000mg/kg苜草素对高能低蛋白质饲粮诱发产蛋高峰期蛋鸡FLHS发生率降低了50%。This experiment was conducted to investigate prophylactic effects of polysavone （ alfalfa extract） on fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome （FLHS） in laying hens. Fifty Jinghong 1 laying hens aged 266 days were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 5 replicates per group and 2 hens per replicate. Hens in group Ⅰ were fed on a basal diet, while hens in groups Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were fed on high-energy low-protein diets supplemented with 0, 200, 600, 1 000 mg/kg Ploysavone, respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows ： 1 ） compared with group Ⅰ , the average daily feed intake （ADFI） in group Ⅱ was significantly decreased during 1 to 60 d （P〈0.05）, while the ratio of feed to egg in group Ⅱ was significantly increased during the first 30 d （P〈0.05）, as well as the triglyceride （TG） content in yolk in group Ⅱ on day 14 （P〈0.05）. Furthermore, laying hens in group Ⅱ showed the pathological characteristics of FLHS on day 30 and had higher incidence of FLHS on day 60 than group Ⅰ. 2） Compared with group Ⅱ , on day 30, the liver fat rate in group Ⅲ, the liver hemorrhagic index and liver fat rate in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. In addition, the incidence rate of FLHS in group m showed a decrease of 33.3% than group Ⅱ and no FLHS was found in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ. Moreover, compared with group Ⅱ, the incidence of FLHS in group Ⅴ was decreased by 50.0% on day 60.3） Compared with group Ⅱ , the ratio of feed to egg in group Ⅳ was significantly decreased during the first 30 d （ P〈0.05 ）, as well as the TG content in yolk on days 14, 28 and 56 in groups Ⅲ, Ⅳand Ⅴ （P〈0.05）. Also, the total lipids content in yolk on days 28 and 56 in group Ⅴ was significantly decreased （ P〈0.05 ）, and the TG content in yolk on day 42 in group Ⅳ was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）.
