摘  要:本试验通过研究不同饲粮赖氨酸水平对商品代绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、氮代谢及血清生化指标的影响,旨在得出31-43周龄商品代绿壳蛋鸡饲粮赖氨酸的适宜需要量。试验选用540只体重相近的30周龄新杨商品代绿壳蛋鸡,随机分成6组,每组5个重复,每个重复18只鸡。分别饲喂赖氨酸水平为0.60%、0.65%、0.70%、0.75%、0.80%和0.85%的饲粮,试验期为12周。结果表明:1)0.60%和0.85%赖氨酸水平组的产蛋率要显著低于其他组(P〈0.05);0.75%赖氨酸水平组料蛋比显著低于0.60%和0.85%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。2)0.75%赖氨酸水平组哈夫单位显著高于0.60%和0.65%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05);蛋壳强度在0.75%赖氨酸水平组最大,显著高于0.85%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。3)0.75%赖氨酸水平组沉积氮和氮的存留率显著高于0.60%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。4)0.70%赖氨酸水平组血清尿酸含量显著低于0.60%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05);0.75%赖氨酸水平组血清总蛋白、钙含量显著高于0.60%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05);0.80%赖氨酸水平组血清游离脂肪酸含量要显著低于0.60%和0.65%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。5)二次曲线分析表明,以产蛋率、料蛋比、哈夫单位和氮的存留率为评价指标,绿壳蛋鸡产蛋期赖氨酸需要量分别为0.72%、0.72%、0.76%和0.76%。结果提示,饲粮中适宜的赖氨酸水平能够提高生产性能和改善蛋品质,提高氮的利用率。新杨商品代绿壳蛋鸡产蛋期(31-43周龄)饲粮中赖氨酸适宜水平为0.72%-0.76%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lysine (Lys) on performance, egg quality, nitrogen metabolism, serum biochemical parameters of green shell laying hens, and to estimate the optimal Lys requirement of green shell laying hens aged from 31 to 43 weeks. A total of 540 Xinyang commercial green shell laying hens aged of 30 weeks were randomly allocated to 6 groups, each of which included 5 replicates of 18 hens. Lysine was added to basal diet to obtain the Lys level at 0.60%, 0.65%, 0.70%, 0.75%, 0.80% and 0.85%, respectively. The trial lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the laying rate in 0.60% and 0.85% Lys groups were significantly lower than that in other groups (P〈0.05). The feed to egg ratio in 0.75% Lys group was the significantly lower than that in 0.60% and 0.85% Lys groups (P〈0.05). 2) The Haugh unit in 0.75% Lys group was significantly higher than that in 0.60% and 0.65% Lys groups (P〈0.05). The eggshell strength in 0.75% Lys group was significantly higher than that in 0.85% Lys group (P〈0.05). 3 ) The deposit nitrogen and nitrogen retention ratio were increased significantly at 0.75 % Lys group compared with those in 0.60% Lys group (P〈0.05). 4) Hens fed 0.70% Lys had significantly lower serum uric acid content than that receiving 0.60% Lys (P〈0.05). The contents of total protein and calcium in serum in 0.75% Lys group were significantly higher than those in 0.60% group (P〈0.05). Serum free fatty acid content decreased significantly at 0.80% Lys group compared with that in 0.60% and 0.65% Lys groups (P〈0.05). 5) According to the quadratic regression analysis based on laying rate, feed to egg ratio, haugh unit and nitrogen retention ratio, the optimal dietary levels of Lys for green shell laying hens were 0.72%, 0.72%, 0.76% and 0.76%, respectively.
