摘  要:本文目的是研究多功能复合菌剂发酵玉米秸秆对育肥羊能量代谢的影响。选择18只体况良好、体重相近的新吉细毛羊作为试验动物,随机分为对照组、试验组和绝食代谢组,每组3个重复,每个重复2只。每期试验包括预试期10d、正试期3d,共测定3期。对照组的粗饲料是冷藏保鲜的玉米秸秆,试验组为50%发酵玉米秸秆+50%冷藏保鲜玉米秸秆,绝食代谢组的试羊正试期3d绝食。通过开放式呼吸测热装置进行消化代谢试验、气体交换试验和呼吸测热试验。结果显示:试验组消化能在第1期中极显著的高于对照组(P<0.01),第2、3期中显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组甲烷能及甲烷能/总能在3期中均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);3期产热量2组间无显著差异(P>0.05);3期试验组代谢能显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总能消化率在第1、2、3期中比对照组分别提高10.33%、11.52%、11.86%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组总能代谢率相比对照组在第1期提高11.18%,差异不显著(P>0.05),在第2、3期分别提高22.66%、17.19%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组净能在第1、2、3期中比对照组分别提高64.29%、108.1%、84.90%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,发酵玉米秸秆相对于未经处理的玉米秸秆,营养物质的含量得到提高,品质得到改善。将其用于育肥羊粗饲料,可使育肥羊能量代谢水平提高,促进能量沉积与利用,提高净能。The objective of this paper was to study the effects of multifunctional complex microbial agent fermented corn straw on energy metabolism of fattening sheep. Eighteen Xinji fine-wool sheep with good body condition and similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates and 2 sheep per replicate. The experiment was consisted of 3 periods, and each of them had a pre-test period of 10 d and a test period of 3 d. The roughage in control group was frozen fresh corn straw, and that in test group was 50% fermented corn straw+50% frozen fresh corn straw; sheep in fasting metabolism group were hunger strike for the 3 d of test periods. Digestion metabolism experiment, gas exchange experiment and respiration calorimetry experiment were launched through opening respiratory calorimetry system. The results showed as follows: digestible energy in test group at period 1 was significantly higher than that in control group ( P〈0.01 ), and in periods 2 and 3, test group was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05) ; methane energy and methane energy/ gross energy of test group were significantly higher than those in control group at the 3 periods (P〈0.01) ; there was no significant difference on heat production between the two groups (P〉0.05) ; metabolic energy in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group at the 3 periods ( P〈0.05 ) ; gross energy digestibility in test group at period 1, 2 and 3 increased by 10.33%, 11.52% and 11.86% than control group, respectively, the differences were significant (P〈0.05) ; gross energy metabolic rate in test group at period 1 increased by 11.18% than control group, and the difference was not significant (P〉0.05) ; that at periods 2 and 3 increased by 22.66% and 17.19% than control group, respectively, and the differences were significant (P〈0.05) ; net energy in test group at periods 1, 2, and 3 increased by 64.29%, 108.1% and 84.90% than control group, respectively, and the differenc
