摘　　要：科技文化竞赛是培养学生综合能力的重要平台,也是提高大学生实践能力、创新能力的重要手段。本文以德州学院学生参加"美新杯"中国大学生iCAN物联网创新创业大赛为例,构建了由大学生竞赛指导委员会、专家委员会、校级管理机构、院系管理机构、实践教学平台、指导教师等六大组织架构组成的"六维"育人管理模式,并在各项大学生科技文化竞赛的实践中予以实践,显示出了良好的育人效果。The student＇s individual difference exsits objectively. The importance of discrepant interaction for research teaching is analyzed aiming at research teaching actuality. Discrepant interactive research teaching mode is constructed from teaching de- sign, teaching content, teaching environment, teaching evaluation and other aspects,in order to make better cultivation of multi- variate innovative talents with meeting social demand.
