摘　　要：随着高校毕业生人数的逐年攀升,大学生就业形势更加严峻。在此背景下,高校共青团组织如何服务大学生创新创业就成为重要课题。高校共青团应该充分认识这项工作的重要性和必要性,发挥其独有的政治、组织、资源、载体和宣传优势,在大学生创业的观念融入、能力提升、协同推进中大显身手,发挥作用。With the number of college graduates increased year by year, college students employment situation is more severe. Under this background, how the communist Youth League service innovation and entrepreneurship students, has become an important topic. The communist Youth League in colleges and universities should fully the importance and necessity of this work, play its unique politics, organization and resources to support and propaganda advantage, integrate into the concept of entrepreneurship, lifting capacity, promote synergy to show their talents, play a role.
