摘 要:在研究了石墨浆料流动性能的基础上,采取灌浆成形工艺制备了细鳞片石墨复合密封板,研究了有机粘接剂、细鳞片石墨加入量对复合密封板性能的影响。结果表明:细鳞片石墨复合密封板抗拉强度、压缩率和回弹率随着细鳞片石墨含量的增加而减小;细鳞片石墨复合密封板的抗拉强度随着酚醛树脂与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛质量比增加先增大后减小,而其压缩率、回弹率则不断减小;当无水乙醇与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛质量比为5∶1、细鳞片石墨质量分数为50%、酚醛树脂/聚乙烯醇缩丁醛质量比为6/15时,制备的细鳞片石墨复合密封板材抗拉强度、压缩率及回弹率分别为9.2 MPa,8.8%,46%,符合ASTM标准要求。Fine fl ake graphite composite seal plates were prepared using grouting forming based on the study of flow performance of graphite slurry. And the properties of composite seal plates affected by the contents of organic binder and fi ne fl ake graphite were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength, compression rate and resilience rate of the fi ne fl ake graphite composite seal plates decreased with the increase of fi ne fl ake graphite content. The tensile strength of fi ne fl ake graphite composite seal plate increased fi rstly and then decreased, but the compression rate and resilience rate decreased with the increase of mass ratio of phenol-formaldehyde resin to polyvinyl butyral. When the mass ratio of ethanol to polyvinyl butyral was 5:1, the mass fraction of fi ne fl ake graphite was 50%, the mass ratio of phenol-formaldehyde resin to polyvinyl butyral was 6/15, the tensile strength, compression rate and resilience rate of prepared fi ne fl ake graphite composite seal plate were 9.2 MPa, 8.8% and 46%, respectively, in accordance with ASTM standards.
