690 MPa级海洋平台用钢焊缝夹杂物对熔敷金属低温韧性影响的分析

摘　　要：针对690 MPa级海洋平台用钢应用编号为690-1,690—2两种手工电弧焊条进行焊接,对夹杂物的图像进行采集,测定夹杂物的体积分数及尺寸分布,分析夹杂物的化学成分,并测试焊接接头的低温力学性能。结果表明:采用两种焊条焊接的690 MPa级海洋平台用钢熔敷金属低温力学性能均符合要求,且两种熔敷金属中夹杂物主要由复合氧化物组成,其中690—2中含有塑性夹杂物MnS,夹杂物密度小,平均间距大。690—2熔敷金属的σ_s为720 MPa,与690 MPa级海洋平台用钢的屈服强度匹配良好,且冲击吸收能量为63 J,较690—1有更好的低温韧性。SMAW rods of 690- 1 and 690-2were used to weld 690 MPa grade steel for off-shore platform,the image and chemical composition of inclusions were obtained and analyzed,and mechanical properties of the joint were tested at low temperature.The research showed that the mechanical properties of the joint with both the electrodes at low temperature satisfied requirements.Inclusions in both the deposited metals are composed of composite oxides.The plastic oxides- MnS is found in the weld metal with 690- 2 electrode,where the inclusions have low density and large distance among the inclusions.Yield strength of the deposited metal with 690- 2 is 720 MPa which matches well with the base metal,and AKV is 63 J,which is higher than that with 690-1.
