摘 要:钢材中厚板T型接头采用MAG焊时,由于MAG焊熔透能力有限,根部打底焊时难以实现良好的单面焊双面成形,成为制约焊接生产的难题。激光-MAG复合热源焊接具有熔深大、焊速高、焊接过程稳定等突出优势,在进行SMA490BW材料T型接头复合焊接时,坡口钝边尺寸在2~4mm之间变化,组装间隙在0~1.5mm之间变化,组装点固焊缝高度小于4mm时,可实现同一焊接工艺参数下良好的单面焊双面成形,接头疲劳性能比MAG焊提高37%,具有较强的工程应用价值。When MAG welding was used in welding of T joint for large thick plates,the one- side welding with back formation was difficultly achieved in backing welding of root weld because of the limited penetration capacity of MAG welding,and it had been considered as a difficult problem in welding production.There are many significant advantages for laser- MAG hybrid welding,for example,deep penetration,high welding speed,stable welding process and so on.If the laser- MAG hybrid welding method was used for T-joint of SMA490 BW material,when the width of root face is about 2 ~ 4 mm,the changes range of assembly clearance is about 0~1.5 mm,the height of assembled tack weld is less than 4 mm,it can achieve a good one-side welding with back formation at the same welding parameters.The fatigue properties of joint by laser- MAG hybrid welding process is improved by 37 compared with the joint by MAG welding process,and it has a great value for engineering applications.
