摘 要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、CAT评分变化及氧分压与CAT评分之间关系.方法 92例入住昆明市第一人民医院的COPD急性加重患者,经血气分析检查和CAT评分,统计结果采用x±s,数据组间相关分析采用pearson相关分析.结果 92例患者平均年龄(69±8.5)岁,其中男性患者65人,FEV1绝对值(1124±149)m L.入院前患者Pa O2为(76.32±17.15)mm Hg,出院前为(86.95±21.74)mm Hg.CAT评分入院前平均(25±6.4),入院后平均得分为平均(29±7.1).CAT评分与Pa O2相关分析结果表示,其相关度为0.011,P=0.956,差异无统计学意义.结论 COPD急性加重可导致肺功能急剧下降,会出现氧分压、CAT评分降低.CAT评分与Pa O2无明显相关关系.Objective To study change of Pa O2 and CAT and the correlation between Pa O2 and CAT in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD). Methods Total 92 patients with AECOPD were studied with blood and gas analysis and CAT. Mean±standard deviation was used in descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation analysis was used in groups correlation. Results Total 92 patients with AECOPD were studied with blood and gas analysis and CAT. The mean age of 92 patients was 69±8.5 years old,65 patients were male and mean absolute value of FEV1 was(1124 ±149) m L. Mean Pa O2 of patients before admitted hospital was(76.32 ±17.15)mm Hg, before discharged was(86.95±21.74) mm Hg. Mean CAT score of patients before admitted hospital was25±6.4, before discharged was 29±7.1.There was no significant difference in the result of pearson correlation between CAT score and Pa O2(r=0.011, P=0.956).Conclusions AECOPD contributes to the decrease of Pa O2 and CAT score and exacerbation of lung function impairment. There was no clear correlation between Pa O2 and CAT score.
