超导可视人流后及月经间期植入O型IUD的对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析超导可视人流后及月经间期植入O型IUD(intrauterine device,IUD)的临床效果.方法选择超导可视人流后及月经间期植入O型IUD的已婚育龄妇女147例,分为观察组(74例)和对照组(73例),观察组与超导可视人流后即时放置,对照组于人流后月经间期放置,对各组进行植入后不良反应、女性性生活质量及痛经评估.结果观察组发生带器妊娠、环器脱落、月经异常、出血分别为1、2、3、2例,与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月性生活质量较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月痛经评分较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论超导可视人流后植入O型IUD与月经间期放置均安全可靠,早期放置对于落实避孕措施具有重要意义.Objective To analyze the comparative study between implantation of O type IUD after superconducting visual abortion and during menstrual period.Methods 147 cases of patients receiving implantation of O type IUD after superconducting visual abortion and intermenstrual period were divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the observation were implanted IUD soon after the superconducting visual abortion and the patients in the control group accepted implantation in menstrual periods,there were 74,73 cases respectively. Adverse reactions, female sexual quality of life and dysmenorrhea of each group were accessed.Results Occurrence of pregnancy, the ring off, menstrual abnormalities, bleeding in observation group were 1,2,3,2 patients,with the control group having no significant difference（χ2=0.4,P〈0.05）.In observation group,sexual quality at three months,six months, nine months,12 months compared with the control group had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.In observation group, dysmenorrhea at three months,six months,nine months,12 months compared with the control group had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implantation of O- type IUD after superconducting visual abortion and during menstrual period is safe and reliable,which is important for early implementation of contraceptive measures.
