摘　　要：尖锐湿疣是一种由人乳头瘤病毒引起的性传播疾病,临床治疗较为困难,复发率也较高。光动力疗法是一种日益成熟的新型医疗技术,在治疗尖锐湿疣方面具有疗效好、安全性高、复发率低等优点。本文就光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的机制、影响因素等加以综述,目的是为临床医生采用光动力治疗尖锐湿疣提供更多参考。Condyloma acuminata is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomaviruses. This disease is difficult to treat, and shows a high recurrence rate. Photodynamic therapy（PDT） provides a novel and promising treatment for condyloma acuminata with good efficacy, satisfactory safety and low recurrence rate. This review summarizes the mechanism and influencing factors of PDT in the treatment of condyloma acuminata, in order to provide reference for clinicians＇ using PDT for condyloma acuminata.
