摘 要:目的:探讨低剂量CT扫描在儿童肘关节外伤中应用的价值。方法:选取肘关节外伤后行CT扫描的患儿90例,随机分成常规剂量组(120k V、150m A)和低m A组(120k V、50m A)、低k V组(80k V、150m A),扫描完成记录容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP),并按照骨折线的清晰度对图像进行评级,分别进行统计学分析。结果:低m A组、低k V组DLP仅为常规剂量组的31.9%和31.5%;而各组图像均能满足临床诊断要求,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:儿童肘关节外伤行低剂量CT扫描,显著减少了射线剂量,并且完全能够满足临床的诊断要求。Purpose: To investigate the value of low-dose CT on children elbow trauma. Methods: The elbow injury underwent CT scans in 90 children cases were randomly divided into conventional-dose group (120kV,150mA) and low-mA group (120kV, 50mA) , low-kV group (80kV,150mA) , recording volume CT dose index (CTDIvol) and dose length product (DLP) after scans completed, and rating image according to the fracture line clarity, then statistical analysis respectively. Results: The low mA group and low kV group of DLP is only 31.9% and 31.5% of the conventional dose group ; and each group can meet the clinical requirements, which was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The low-dose CT scanning of children elbow joint trauma can significantly reduce the radiation dose, and completely meet the requirements of clinical diagnostic
