摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了根部不同温度和不同氮素形态的互作对于烤烟生长和钾素积累的影响。结果表明:提高根部温度和供应NO3-N比例,能够显著促进烟株的生长,根系活力和钾素积累增加。根部温度为10℃和18℃时,供应的NH4-N烟株根系对钾素的吸收能力较弱;当根部温度为35℃时,供应100%NO3-N的烟株生长旺盛,但供应NH4-N的烟株生长受到强烈抑制,根部生物量下降,并有大量的钾素外泌。通过分析可知,氮素形态对烟株生长和钾素积累的影响大于根部温度。提高根部温度和供应硝态氮有利于烟株的生长和钾素的吸收;当根部温度较高时,氨态氮不利于烟株的生长。A pot experiment was carried out to study interaction of root temperature(10℃、18℃、26℃、35℃) and nitrogen form(100%NH4-N、50%NH4-N+50%NO3-N、100%NO3-N)on biomass and nicotine accumulation in tobacco. Results showed that, increase of root temperature and proportion of NO3-N supplied could significantly promote growth of tobacco, and increased root activity and potassium accumulation. When root temperature was at 10℃ and 18℃, the root absorption ability of plant cultivated by NH4-N was weak. When the root temperature was at 35℃, plants cultivated by 100%NO3-N grew vigorously, while plants cultivated by NH4-N were strongly inhibited, and root biomass decreased and potassium spillover occurred. It was concluded that nitrogen form had stronger influence than root temperature on the growth and potassium accumulation in tobacco.
