摘  要:缓释型聚羧酸减水剂是在聚合过程中减少分子链中的羧酸基团,增加酯基及其衍生物而得到,该类减水剂可在碱性环境下缓慢释放出具有分散作用的减水基团。在此原理基础上,该文通过单因素试验初步选定了合成工艺参数,再利用正交试验进行优化,确定最佳合成方案。经混凝土性能测试表明,该缓释型聚羧酸减水剂缓释速度适中,混凝土保坍性能良好。Control-released polycarboxylic water reducer is obtained through reducing the carboxylic group in molecular chain during the aggregation process and increasing ester and its derivatives. It can slowly releasing water reducing groups with dispersion effect under alkali environment. Through single factor experiment, the synthesis technologic parameters are preliminarily selected, and through optimization by orthogonal test, the best synthesis plan is determined. The concrete performance test shows that this kind of water reducer has a moderate release rapid and renders concrete good performance.
