摘  要:磨煤机落煤管在雨季原煤水分较大时堵煤严重,给煤机进煤口在原煤含有较大石块时容易卡涩跳闸,给煤机出口天方地圆管容易磨损穿孔,磨煤机文丘里分配器处容易积粉着火等。针对以上问题,提出磨煤机落煤管尺寸加大和给煤机煤流中心矫正的改造,大大减少了磨煤机落煤管堵煤事件的发生,同时也减缓了落煤管、给煤机出口天方地圆管、落煤闸板门的磨损速度,延长了它们的使用寿命,有效保证了制粉系统在恶劣天气、特殊煤种等情况下的安全可靠运行,减少了因磨煤机停运造成的发电负荷损失。Coal drop pipe mill during the rainy season in which raw coal is of more moisture will be blocked.Coal feeder mouth will be easily jammed if it contained large stones. Venturi distributor place of coal mill is easily accumulated of powder and caught fire. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the coal mill coal drop pipe size increases and corrects reconstruction of coal feeder coal flow center, which greatly reduces the coal drop pipe plugging events of the coal mill and also slows down the coal drop pipe, coal feeder exports Arabian circular tube, coal sluice gate and wear rate, prolongs the service life of them, effectively guarantees the pulverizing system in bad weather and in the special cases ensures safe and reliable operation of coal, reduces the power load loss caused by coal mill shipments.
