摘 要:目的建立铁离子的紫外-可见分光光度法及可视分析法。方法通过一步氧化还原法制备了稳定、分散的聚多巴胺包被的银纳米粒子(Ag NPs),基于铁离子氧化Ag NPs使其浓度降低,导致体系吸收信号发生变化,同时溶液颜色也发生相应改变,建立本方法。结果线性范围为50μmol/L^500μmol/L,检出限为20μmol/L。结论本实验所建立的铁离子可视化传感分析体系,能够高选择性的与三价铁离子发生相互作用并在黄棕色至淡黄色范围可以实现可视化分析,该化学传感器对铁离子的吸收光谱检测范围约在400 nm处,位于可见光范围内,因此对铁离子的检测可以通过简单的肉眼观察识别。该方法简便、灵敏度较高,其他常见的共存金属离子不干扰,可潜在应用于实际生活环境中三价铁离子的快速测定。Objective To establish an UV- Vis spectrophotometry and colometric sensing methods for analyzing iron ion.Methods Stable and highly dispersive PDA- Ag NPs hybrid materials were prepared by one- step synthesis method. The concentration decreasing of Ag NPs with the iron ion oxidation nano Ag,leading to the change of system obsorbing signal and the color of the solution,with which this method was established. Results The linearity range was from 50 μmol / L to 500 μmol / L with the detection limit of 20 μmol / L. Conclusion The visual sensing analysis system of the iron ion established in this experiment can highly selectively interact with ferric ion,and the visual analysis can be realized in the yellow brown to pale yellow range.The absorption wavelength of the chemical sensor with Fe( III) ion is about 400 nm,which makes the analysis could be simply completed by eyes,and the detection of iron ions can be identified by simple macroscopic observation. The method demonstrated here is simple,highly sensitive and free from the interference,and thus could be useful for investigation on the fast and simple detection of Fe( III) in environment.
