摘  要:目的了解十堰市近年来蔬菜中农药残留状况。方法 2011年-2013年利用气相色谱-质谱法连续对十堰市蔬菜中有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯等4大类共31种农药残留量进行定性和定量分析,并将监测结果进行分析。结果 294份蔬菜样品的农药残留检出率和超标率分别为13.95%和3.74%,农药残留检出和超标品种以有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类为主,不同蔬菜中叶类蔬菜的检出率较高。结论蔬菜中农药残留状况仍不容忽视,应继续做好农药监管监测工作,保障食品安全。Objective To investigate the pesticide residues of vegetables in Shiyan in recent years. Methods Four classes of31 pesticide residues,such as organophosphate,pyrethroid,carbamate and organochlorine,of vegetables in Shiyan were continuously tested for qualification and quantity from 2011 to 2013,and the monitoring results were analyzed. Results The detection rate and exceeding standard rate were respectively 13. 95% and 3. 74% in the 294 vegetable samples. The pesticides with residues and exceeding standard were mainly organophosphate and pyrethroid. While,the detectable rate was higher in leafy vegetables among the monitored vegetables. Conclusion The status of pesticide residues in vegetables shouldn't be ignored,and the surveillance on pesticides should be strengthened to make food safe.
