摘　　要：大力发展农业产业化龙头企业,对创新农业生产经营体制,稳步提高农民组织化程度具有重要作用。在实地调查的基础上,对鄱阳湖生态经济区农业产业化龙头企业发展状况进行评价。结果表明:鄱阳湖生态经济区农业产业化龙头企业发展较快,对政府支持政策总体评价较好,但也存在经营农产品生产单一,经营规模较小,带动农户的能力较弱等问题,提出推进龙头企业集群发展,拓宽融资渠道等对策建议。to develop the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization plays an important role in innovating the system of agricultural production and operation. It steadily improves the organization degree of farmers. On the basis of field investigation, we evaluate the Poyang lake ecological economic zone development status of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. The results show that： the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in the Poyang lake ecological economic zone are developing fast and give＇ good overall evaluations for the government support policy. While there are still some problems, such as business single agricultural production, operation on a smaller scale, and less power to drive farmers. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions： leading enterprises cluster development and financing channel widening, etc.
