摘 要:文章使用东南沿海地区1990-2013年省际面板数据,通过在柯布道格拉斯生产函数中引入物流能力要素,对我国沿海地区物流与区域经济之间的变化情况进行实证研究。实证结果表明,物流网络里程、货物周转量均对区域经济发展有积极的促进作用,且物流网络里程对经济的贡献程度更为明显。鉴于新常态下不适宜简单粗放地增加物流供给设施投资,文最后从供给效率、服务水平、市场需求和体制机制四个方面,提出促进东南沿海地区物流对经济拉动作用的政策建议。This article uses the provincial panel data from 1990 to 2013 in the southeast coastal areas,through the introduction of the logistics capability factors in the Cobb Douglas production function,carries on the empirical study of changes between logistics and regional economy in Chinese coastal area. The empirical results show that both the logistics network mileage and freight turnover have a positive role in promoting regional economic development,and logistics network contribute to the economic level is more apparent,and logistics network mileage apparently makes more contributions to the economy. In view of the investment that it's not suitable to carry out simple and extensive increase in logistics supply facilities under the new normal condition,finally,the article puts forward the strategy on how to promote the southeast coastal area logistics in order to stimulate the economy from the following four aspects such as supply efficiency,service level,the market demand and system mechanism.
