崆峒区农用地产能核算及其应用研究

摘  要:通过开展农用地产能核算,对崆峒区各乡镇的农用地综合优势进行分析,划定农用地重点保护区域、土地整治重点区域和优先区域,为今后崆峒区农用地的利用提出发展方向。核算得出崆峒区农用地理论产能、可实现产能和实际产能的数量及空间分布特征,以此表征崆峒区的农用地综合生产能力。结果表明,全区各乡镇的理论产能与可实现产能都有一定的差异,说明各乡镇的农用地产能均可提高。只要加大对农业的投入,包括基础设施建设和科技投入,在未来若干年内,崆峒区农用地产能单产有很大的增产潜力。最后根据崆峒区农用地综合优势比较结果,运用SPSS进行聚类分析,将崆峒区11个乡镇划为农用地重点保护区域,6个乡镇划为崆峒区土地整治的重点区域和优先区域。Based on implementing agricultural land productivity calculation, this paper analyzed the inte-grated advantages of the agricultural land in Kongtong District, and divided the land into key protected landregions,key renovation land regions and priority regions,which pointing the direction to the agriculturalland use of the Kongtong Dist10ct in future. This paper obtained theoretical productivity of agriculturalland, distribution characteristics and quantity between probable productivity and actual productivity by cal-culating the land production to characterize the actual integrated agricultural land productivity. The differ-ence between theoretical productivity and probable productivity in the villages illustrated that the agricultural land production could be improved. The results of production calculation showed that agricultural landin the Kongtong Restrict would have a great potential in per unit area yield of agricultural land productioncapacity in next few years as long as increasing agricultural inputs, including infrastructure and technologyinvestment. Research conclusionsaccording to the results of cluster analysis of integrated advantages of ag-ricultural land in the Kongtong District by the SPSS, 11 villages were divided into agricultural land keyprotection regions and 6 villages classified as key renovation land regions and priority regions.
