摘 要:传统的土壤湿度传感器普遍存在温飘、探头不稳定和批量标定繁琐等问题,而且在过程中需要对每一个进行手动标定,极大的降低了生产效率.基于水浸式标定方法的数字土壤湿度传感器批量标定仪,采用一主多从485总线,能同时标定多达100个传感器.标定仪在标定过程中能够实时地将标准传感器测量到的湿度数据发送到485总线上,待测传感器接收后与自身测量值对比并储存,多组数据形成一个多点逼近的与标准传感器一致的电压值输出曲线,存储数值组数越多,曲线越与标准传感器输出性能逼近.实验结果表明,以此方法标定的传感器输出电压相对误差在±0.1 V以内,效果比较理想.Lots of traditional soil humidity sensors have problems like temperature drift, instability probe and tedious immense calibration. So we need to do a manual calibration on every sensor in the process, which greatly reduced the productivity. Immense calibration instrument of water-inserting digital soil humidity sensor is based on the water-inserting calibration method, it uses 485 bus by one instrument and 100 sensors at most. Calibrator can send the measured standard humidity data to 485 bus in calibration process, contrasting with the measurements of standard soil humidity sensor, and save it. All the measurements will form a voltage output curve which is consistent with standard sensor. The more measurements, the more similarity with the curve of standard sensor. Experimental results show the effect is better: the calibration of the sensor output relative error is within ±0.1 V by choosing this method.
