Objective:Discussion on relationship between monitoring free fatty acid(FFA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)and preeclampsia abnormal glucose lipid metabolism. Method:99 preelampsia cases are selected in one group(PE group),while 93 normal cases in control group, dectecting and comparing the result of FFA、Hb A1c、FPG(fasting plasma glucose)、TG(Triglycerides)、TCH(Cholesterol). Results:Comparison with PE group vs control group and severe PE group vs light PE group, there are significance in FFA、Hb A1c、FPG、TG、TCH(P〈0.05). There is a positive correlation between FFA and Hb A1 c in PE group(r=0.768). Further more there is also a positive correlation bwteen the concentration of FFA and Hb A1 c and severity of Preelampsia(r=0.668、0.528). Conclusion:There is a close correlationship between high free fatty acid(FFA)and high glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)and preeclampsia abnormal glucose lipid metabolism. It is of critical clinical guidiance for combination of monitoring to be awareness of preeclampsia abnormal glucose lipid metabolism occurrence and development、expected results.
