产前应激的免疫细胞学研究进展

摘　　要：产前应激会损坏胎儿的免疫功能,增加心血管疾病、糖尿病等的发病率,但是与免疫细胞有关的具体机制尚不明确。人体的免疫细胞包含很多,目前的研究表明与产前应激有关的免疫细胞主要有T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞以及调节性T细胞等。Prenatal stress can damage the immune function of the fetus,and increased the incidence of cardiovascular disease,diabetes,etc.However the mechanisms of prenatal stress in inmmune cytology is unclear. There are a variety of immune cells in human,and the present study shows that the immune cells which are associated with prenatal stress mainly contain T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes,natural killer cells and regulatory T cells.
