摘　　要：我国移动转售业务正式开展已有一年时间,本文针对移动转售业务引入后对整个通信行业特别是传统的电信企业带来的影响进行剖析,并就传统电信企业如何带领移动转售企业实现共赢进行阐述。Based on one year＇s practice since the officially launch of Chinese Mobile resale, this paper analysis the impact brought by the introduction of MVNO on the entire communications industry, especially on the traditional telecom enterprises, and suggests traditional telecom enterprise how to lead the mobile resale business to achieve a win-win situation.
