老年心力衰竭患者自我护理指数与家庭支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年心力衰竭患者自我护理指数与家庭支持的相关性。方法2013年8—12月按照方便抽样的原则，采用家庭支持量表、心力衰竭自我护理指数量表，调查102例年龄≥60岁住院心力衰竭患者的家庭支持和自我护理指数，分析家庭支持与自我护理指数的相关性。结果本组老年心力衰竭患者自我护理指数处于较低水平，总分为（46.71±11.44）分，其中自我护理维持、自我护理管理、自我护理信心的得分分别为（22.71±5.71），（10.00±2.82），（14.00±4.28）分。家庭支持状况处于中等水平，总分为（9.12±4.08）分。家庭支持与自我护理指数呈正相关（ r =0.719，P ＜0.01）。结论老年心力衰竭患者自我护理指数与家庭支持呈正相关，提高家庭支持程度对提高老年心力衰竭患者的自我护理水平有一定促进作用。Objective To investigate the correlation of self-care index in elderly patients with heart failure and family support. Methods By convenience sampling method,102 hospitalized patients（ aged ≥60 years old）with heart failure were selected from August to December,2013,and they were investigated the family-support index and self-care index. Results The self-care index in elderly patients with heart failure was at a low level,and the total score was（46. 71 ± 11. 44）. The scores of the maintenance of self-care,self-care management and self-care confidence were（22. 71 ± 5. 71）,（10. 00 ± 2. 82） and（14. 00 ± 4. 28 ）, respectively. The family-support index was at the medium level,and the total score was（9. 12 ± 4. 08）. Family support and self-care index was positively correlated（ r = 0. 719,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions The family-supporting has a positive effect on self-caring of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,we can improve their self-care ability by raising the level of family support.
