摘　　要：本文以生态系统理论、协同理论、交易费用理论为基础提出了农产品电商生态系统的概念,并从环境扫描、结构分析、功能分析、演化分析四个方面构建了农产品电商生态系统研究的理论框架。本文认为,农产品电商生态系统是一个开放互动、多元共生、协同共进、动态演化的系统,外部环境及其发展阶段在很大程度上影响着农产品电商生态系统所面临的矛盾和问题,当前中国农产品电商发展的外部环境有待改善,内部结构不尽合理,信息传递、供应链优化和价值增值功能尚未得到充分发挥,电商企业之间竞争日益激烈,因此,需要更好地发挥政府的引导作用,大力扶持民营农产品电商企业发展,积极创建第四方农产品电商服务平台,完善企业退出机制。Based on the ecological system theory,the collaborative theory and the trading cost theory,the paper proposed the concept of agricultural electric commercial ecological system,and built the theoretical researching framework of the agricultural electric commercial ecological system from four aspects of the environment scan,and structure analysis,and function analysis,and evolution analysis.The paper think,agricultural electric commercial ecological system is a system of open interactive,and multiple symbiosis,and collaborative total into,and dynamic evolution of.The external environment and the development stage of itself have important effects with the contradictions and problem of the system.Currently the external environment of China agricultural electric commercial development needs to be improved,the internal structure is not reasonable,the function of information passed,and supply chain optimization and value chain value-added yet get full played,the competition among the electric commercial enterprises is increasingly fierce,needs the government play better guiding role,vigorously support the development of private agricultural enterprises,actively create the fourth party e-commerce service platform of agricultural products,improve the market competition mechanism among enterprises.
