采空区调压治理工作面瓦斯技术的研究与应用

摘  要:在唐山矿通风系统布置的基础上,对Y485外综放工作面通风压力与瓦斯涌出变化关系进行了分析,研究了利用邻近上部采空区及尾巷密闭进行泄放治理瓦斯技术;通过调整通风压力,迫使Y485外工作面瓦斯向邻近T1455采空区和Y485尾巷密闭运移,不仅有效降低了Y485外工作面瓦斯浓度,同时提高了Y485尾巷及上部采空区抽放浓度,保证Y485外工作面安全生产。Based on the layout of ventilation system of Tangshan coal mine, the variation relationship between ventilation pressure and gas emission of Y485 fully mechanized caving face was analyzed and the gas treatment technique by gas discharging from the goafs of top adjacent layer and seals of tail roadway was studied. The gas of Y485 fully mechanized caving face was migrated to the T1455 goaf and Y485 tail roadway seal by regulating the ventilation pressure, which effectively decreased the gas concentration of working face and increased the gas extraction concentration of Y485 tail roadway and ensured safe production of Y485 working face.
