摘　　要：目的了解健康男性青年人群血清中人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）水平的分布情况，为应征入伍新兵体检筛查HCG相关疾病，制订相应体检标准提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法，利用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）技术，对该部近8年来自16个省市的364名入伍新兵进行了血清HCG水平检测和统计分析。结果结果发现新兵人群中存在HCG阳性者，8年间各年阳性检出率差异无统计学意义，阳性率范围在0．00％-6．82％，平均阳性率为4．67％；各省市及内陆与沿海地区间阳性检测率变化不明显，其中内蒙古（13．04％）、福建省（9．09％）、广西省（8．70％）和四川省（8．70％）阳性率较高，其余各省相对较低，而山东省、广东省、黑龙江和甘肃省未检出；入伍前工作与否，抗体阳性检出率差异无统计学意义。结论健康男性新兵人群血清中存在HCG阳性现象，其临床意义有待进一步研究探讨。[ Objective ] To monitor the level of human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） in healthy young male, and provide scientific evidence for setting up standard to screen HCG related disease among the military recruits. [ Methods ] Epidemiological survey was carried out using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to test the serological level of HCG in 364 recruits from 16 provinces in the past 8 years, and the results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] HCG positive individuals had been identified amongst the recruits. The positive rate showed no significant change yearly in the past 8 years, which ranged from 0.00% to 6.82% with the average of 4.67%. There was no sharp change of the positive rate amongst different provinces or between the coast and inland areas. The positive rates were higher in Inner Mongolia （13.04%）, Fujian （9.09%）, Guangxi （8.70%） and Sichuan （8.70%）, and relatively low in the rest provinces. Negative results were observed in Shandong, Guangdong, Heilongjiang and Gansu. Employment status prior to recruitment had no correlation with HCG positive rate. [ Conclusions ] HCG positive cases are observed in healthy male recruits. The clinical importance of this observation remains to be clarified by further investigation.
