中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊与川参通注射液辅助治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床效果。方法选取冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例);其中对照组患者采用西医常规对症治疗;观察组患者则在此基础上加用通心络胶囊和川参通注射液治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(EF)及血流动力学指标水平等。结果观察组患者心绞痛和心电图疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率及持续时间、SV、EF及血流动力学指标水平较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组患者治疗后各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊与川参通注射液辅助治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛可有效缓解心绞痛症状,减少发作频率,改善心脏功能和血流动力学。[ Objective] To investigate clinical effects of combination treatment of traditonal chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. [Methods] A total of 150 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were chosen and randomly divided into two groups in- cluding control group （75 patients） with conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group （75 patients） with Tongxinluo capsule and Chuanshentong injection on the basis of control group; the clinical efficay, seizure fre- quency, duration of angina pectoris, stroke volume （S~）, ejection fraction （EF） and hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment were compared. [Results] The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; as compared with those before treatment, seizure frequency, duration of angina pectoris, SV, EF and hemodynamic indexes in two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and all the indexes of treatment group were better than those of control group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Tongxinluo capsule combined with Chuanshentong injection can efficiently relieve angina pectoris symptoms, decrease the seizure frequency, improve the heart function and hemodynamics.
