摘  要:目的分析低温等离子射频消融术与微波消融术治疗重度变应性鼻炎的疗效及对鼻腔功能、血清学指标的影响。方法选择在该院接受住院治疗的重度变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受微波消融术的对照组、接受低温等离子射频消融术的观察组,比较两组患者的鼻腔功能、血清相关因子水平及术后疼痛、恢复情况等差异。结果观察组患者接受低温等离子射频消融术治疗后的鼻黏膜纤毛传输时间(MTT)低于对照组、鼻黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,免疫球蛋白(Ig E)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受低温等离子射频消融术治疗后的术后疼痛评分低于对照组,水肿时间及脱痂时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术可以改善重度变应性鼻炎患者的治疗后鼻腔功能、优化血清免疫及炎症因子水平。[ Objective ] To analyze the effect of radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation in treating severe allergic rhinitis and its influence on nasal function and serological indexes. [Methods] Severe allergic rhinitis patients in our hospital were chosen as research objects, and were randomly divided into control group received microwave ablation and observation group received radiofrequency ablation. Then nasal function, serum levels of related factors and postoperative pain and recovery were compared. [Results] Observation group patients' MTT score was lower than control group, and MTR level in observation group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Observation group patients' serum IgE, IL-4 levels were lower than control group, and IFN-γ level in observation group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Observation group postoperative pain score was lower than control group, and swelling time and scab off time in observation group were obviously shorter than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusions ] Radiofrequency ablation can improve nasal function of severe allergic rhinitis pa- tients, optimize serum levels of immune and inflammatory factor.
