家长对学龄前儿童身高认知现状和需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解家长对学龄前儿童身高的认知、期望现状，探讨其儿童身高保健的需求，为对儿童家长开展针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法在9个项目地区56家幼儿园调查学龄前儿童家长对儿童身高的评价和期望、对儿童身高的关注程度，测量儿童的身高。结果共分析11743例数据，家长认为目前身高处于偏高、中等、偏低的儿童中分别有11．76％、36．02％、46．75％的儿童身高〈P75、≥P75和≥P25。81．05％的男童家长期望儿童身高达到175～179．9cm或180-184．9cm，分别有78．52％和87．54％男童的靶身高值范围低于此期望身高值范围1个组距及以上。85．38％的女童家长希望孩子身高达到160～164．9cm或165—169．9cm，分别有59．54％和77．62％女童的靶身高值范围低于此期望身高值范围1个组距及以上。29．61％的家长表示对孩子的身高很关心，其中仅26．09％的家长知道学龄前儿童每年身高增值，23．84％的家长每3个月给孩子测量1次身高。结论家长对儿童身高的认识不准确，期望高而实际关注不足，儿童身高保健知识和技能需求大。应对家长开展儿童身高保健健康教育，提高她们对儿童身高生长知识和技能，促进孩子达到最佳身高。Objective To understand the cognitive situation and expectation of parents to preschool children＇s height, explore their demand for height health care of preschool children, provide a basis for parents to conduct con：esponding health education. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to survey evaluation, expectation, and concern extent of parents to preschool children＇s height in 56 kin- dergartens in 9 project areas, the children＇s height was measured. Results A total of 11 743 cases were analyzed in this study, the children whose parents thought their height was higher （less than P75 ） , moderate （equal to or more than P75 ）, and lower （equal to or more than P25） accounted for 11.76% , 36. 02% , and 46. 75% , respectively; 81.05% of the boys＂ parents hoped their height could reach to 175- 179. 9 cm or 180-184. 9 era, 78.52% and 87.54% of these boys＂ target height range were lower than the expectation height range by at least one class width; 85.38% of the girls＂ parents hoped their height could reach to 160-164. 9 cm or 165-169.9 cm, 59.54% and 77. 62% of these girls＂ target height range were lower than the expectation height range by at least one class width; 29. 61% of the parents expressed that they very concerned children＇s height, only 26. 09% of them knew the annual increase value of children＇s height, 23.84% of them measured children＇s height every 3 months. Conclusion Most of the parents didn＇t know children＂ height accurately, their expectation was higher than their attention in actually, the requirement is great in knowledge and skill of children＇s height health care. Health education about children＂ height should be carried out among parents in order to improve their knowledge and skills of children＇s height care and promote children＇s height to reach the best height.
