摘  要:分别从稻壳和木屑的工业分析和热重试验分析其着火特性和燃烧特性,再以稻壳和木屑分别在600、800℃成灰灰样为研究对象,通过射线荧光(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)进行研究分析,从微观角度对稻壳、木屑燃烧和灰熔融特性进行深入研究。研究发现:稻壳比木屑更难于着火,其着火温度高且燃烧性能差。XRD分析数据显示:稻壳在600℃下成灰灰样未成晶相,在800℃下成晶相较好,其物相以石英和方石英为主,存在少量莫来石晶体;600℃下制成的木屑灰中主要存在SiO_2、CaO和CaCO_3,而800℃下制成的木屑灰中SiO_2和CaCO_3,两种灰中还存在少量CaSO_4、K_2SO_4、Al_2O_3等晶相结构。XRF分析数据显示:稻壳灰中SiO_2含量较高,而木屑SiO_2和CaO含量较高,木屑和稻壳含有少量K碱金属,600℃下制成的灰中含有少量Cl元素,而800℃下未检测出Cl元素。稻壳和木屑中硅铝比较大,碱金属含量较低,根据煤炭标准的综合判别指数分析得出,稻壳和木屑在600、800℃成灰灰样结渣均较严重。The ignition and combustion characteristics of rice husk and wood were studied by the industry analysis and thermogravimetry(TG)test. The rice husk and wood ashes prepared by ashing at 600 and 800℃ were studied in detail by X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffractometer analysis. It was presented that rice husk is extremely difficult to fire than wood. Rice husk ash is not crystalline phases at 600 ℃, but it is crystalline phase well with quartz, cristobalite and a little mullite at 800 ℃. The wood ashes prepared by ashing were mainly inclusive of SiO2, CaO and CaCO3 at 600 ℃. And It were mainly inclusive of SiO2, CaCO3 at 800 ℃.Two kinds of wood ash were slightly inclusive of CaSO4, K2SO4, and Al2O3. The content of SiO2 is high in rice husk and wood ash, and CaO is high in wood ash, CI reduced by little and no from 600 ℃ to 800 ℃, respectively. According to coal Synthetic discriminant index, rice husk and wood were seriously slagging with low alkali metal and high ratio of Si/Al.
