摘  要:在小型鼓泡流化床反应器中,对分别添加MgSO_4和ZnCl_2的松木锯末进行快速热解制备生物油研究。结果表明:MgSO_4和ZnCl_2均能使松木热解区间向低温方向移动。添加20%的MgSO_4所得生物油中吡喃葡萄糖含量增幅最大,由空白时的不到1%增至20.69%;酮类含量由空白时的26.71%降至8.41%,其中1-羟基-2-丙酮由9.64%降至0.62%。添加30%的ZnCl_2所得生物油中吡喃葡萄糖也由空白时的不到1%增至20.21%;酚类含量由空白时的27.09%降至添加量为30%时的6.25%。添加这两种盐均能使制得的生物油的pH值升高。The effects of MgSO4 and ZnC12 as catalysts on fast pyrolysis of pine were investigated in a small bubbling fluidized bed reactor. The results indicated that both the addition of MgSO4 and ZnCl2 could shift the pyrolysis interval of pine to the low temperature region. Compared to bio-oils obtained without catalysts, glucopyranose in bio-oils was increased to 20.69% from less than 1% as adding 20% of MgSO4 was added; while ketones were decreased from 26.71% to 8.41%, 2-Propanone, 1-hydroxy decreased from 9.64% to 0.62%. When adding 30% of ZnCl2, glucopyranose in bio- oils hiked to 20.21%, while phenols were reduced from 27.09% to 6.25%. The pH of bio-oils rises whether MgSO4 or ZnCl2 was added.
